Baking Buns: This week Niamh did her student lesson. We baked chocolate buns and it was lots of fun. We used eggs, chocolate, flour, sugar and butter .We got to crack the eggs and pour in the flour and sugar. We went down to the staff room to put the buns in to the oven. Irish History Timeline: This week 6th class made an Irish history timeline. We started from the very beginning with the Big Bang and progressed through the ages highlighting things such as the Celts, Vikings, Famine, 1916 Rising, Irish Civil War etc. Everyone got their own piece of history to draw and write about.
