Inter Schools Soccer League
Congratulations to our Senior Soccer team which won the Schools Soccer League by beating the Boys's School 2-1 in the final.
Our Junior Soccer team were very unfortunate to lose the Junior Soccer League Final to Dromakenan N.S. Our team played very well and will be back again next year.
Green Flag Award
Congratulations Scoil Iosef Naofa. Last Friday two members of our Green Flag Committee went to Dublin to collect our Green Flag.
Junior Golf
On Friday 16th May our 6th and 2nd classes went to Adare Manor to take part in The Junior Golf Practice session and watch Europe's elite golfers at The Irish Open.
Camogie
Here is our Camogie team which drew with Moneygall N.S in a recent match. Well done girls
Confirmation Class 2008
On Saturday morning, April 5th, our sixth class were confirmed in St Cronan's Church by Bishop Willie Walsh.

World Book Day 6th March
Our students celebrated World Book by reading to each other in the School Hall. They enjoyed this time spent sharing their favourite stories with each other.

We are currently twinned with a Portugeuse Primary School: Escola E B 2/3 de Alvarelhos. Our children communicate using cutting edge ICT technologies i.e. Skype, Moodle and Video Animation
Our Christmas play will take place this Monday night 10th and Tuesday night 11th at 7pm in the Abbey Hall, Roscrea. All classes are busily preparing for this great night. Come early to avoid disappointment.
Science Week Ireland takes place from 11 to 18 November, with hundreds of events across the country on the theme "Surrounded by Science". Our young Einsteins will be conducting experiments, under the guidance of our teachers and enjoying the wonders of Science all week long.
On Wednesday 19th September the children dressed up as their favourite television character and participated in many events to raise money for the Telethon 07 People in need. Superheroes and famous personalities enjoyed the great fun, that included for the chosen few a helicopter ride around the town.
